I went in for teeth whitening a month or so ago and they were so great! The office was beautiful and clean, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, overall amazing experience! 1000% would recommend and would go back.

I had my first appt with Ideal. From being greeted when you walk in to checkout was met with great customer service. They took their time. I didn't feel like a bag of money sitting in the chair. They explained things and you got to see pictures of any problem.areas. I dislike the idea of having to go to the dentist, BUT if I have to go I want an experience just like I had today. Dr. Rowe, Kristin and his staff are perfect. Checkout was simple. They don't hide any fees and make it easy to be seen. Highly recommend.
